When I read awesome to describe this OTB place, I simply don't understand what you people are thinking. True, Queens isn't great for beer, but neither is th Austin Ale House. Horrible atmosphere, bad, uninspired food, and for an ale house, a miserable beer selection. You want a good beer selection? Go to Brooklyn and you'll find any regular bar with a better selection than this place. Servers are not nice to look at, and they are not very good. Sorry, but I have nothing nice to say, and after giving this place another opportunity, I won't again. Wish it were still Bailey's. At least that place had some character.

One of the few places I have encountered which has imported hefe-weizen on tap, light and dark! Selection of interesting imports and micros on tap changes on a regular basis.

Surprising, unassuming neighborhood restaurant with an Irish leaning. The tap selection goes beyond the standard Guiness though and includes various micros and imports. A healthy bottled selection as well. The food is inexpensive, well-prepared and portions are generous. About time Queens found a place like this!
